Hand-made cheese and kefir made with simple traditional methods on the Mornington Peninsula.

Made from milk of pasture raised, grass fed cows and and processed within 1 hour of milking by the traditional method of low temperature heat treatment.  All products are non-homogenized and do not contain any preservatives or thickeners.
